Dear Authors, Colleagues and Attendees to the ICNDEM-2015,

The ICNDEM-2015 organizing committee has taken the unanimous decision to move the main conference from November 4 – 6^th 2015 to October 12 – 14^th 2016 to improve the scientific quality and organizational level of the conference.

However, the ICNDEM-2015 is transformed to a Workshop on Natural Disaster and Emergency Management, November 5 – 6^th 2015 at the same venue – University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Workshop proceedings will be published locally with ISBN.

ICNDEM-2015 Organizing Committee

 

ICNDEM-2015 provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest R&D findings and innovations. The conference is especially focused on the various aspects and challenges of the natural disasters and emergency management. ICDNEM-2015 invites experts, researchers, academicians and all other who are interested to disseminate their work. The conference establishes an academic environment that fosters the dialogue and exchange of ideas between different levels of academic, research, business and public communities.

• All accepted papers will be published in post-conference proceedings with ISBN and ISSN, and posted on the conference Web site.

• Conference proceedings will be indexed in EBSCO and ProQuest.

• Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference will be published in post-conference proceedings in IFIP AICT by Springer.
